Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original jewelry boxes and include any authentication certificates or promotional materials received with your order.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
